Custom Orders Procedure
- All designs produced by customer must be accompanied by Phoenix Metals’ official CAD drawings for approval.
- Once the CAD drawing is approved, a verbal agreement, accompanied with a written consent must be sent to customer to proceed with the processing of the non-refundable deposit.
- The non-refundable deposit can be processed verbally, by text or by email as per customer’s preference.
- Once the deposit is processed, proceed with custom order fabrication as per the official CAD drawings.
All CUSTOMERS MUST CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE VIA EMAIL THAT YOU HAVE AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
